What can I expect if I renew my contract with sprint?

Alright, so here is my story. I have been with Sprint for four years. After the first two years and my contract expired, I decided that I should shop around and see what other offers, other cell companies were making. I recieved a call from sprint asking me to renew my contract, I said I would have to think about it. But then she offered me a free phone, activation free, and free texting. I was like alright, cause I actually had my eye on that phone. So now my contract is expired, and I am SERIOUSLY debating on switching companies. I have had the worst experience with billing and company reps this past year. Like A TON of problems. But I really dont have the money to put down a deposit with a new company. So my question is, what kind of discounts can I expect from sprint if I renew again? Besides a new phone. I have heard that sprint doesnt do discounts anymore. I called sprint the other day, because of a billing error, and they asked me if I wanted to renew my contract. I told them about my problems, and the guy was just like well you have plenty of time to think about it. Thats it! So who would I talk to at sprint to find out? If I cant get any type of discount, I am most DEFINATLY going with someone else. Has anyone renewed recently? Were you offered anything?|||I work for sprint and well, seriously in my honest opinion you will not find a better connection and better customer service than Sprint. You can ask for your activation fee to be waived and just make sure you threaten them to leave the service.

Also, sprint is the only company that doesn't charge you for roaming! Roaming is EXPENSIVE!|||i suggest ordering from the link below. You will not be required to pay a deposit. If you are not happy with Sprint, i suggest switching to T-Mobile. i switched to T-Mobile from Sprint and was very happy with them. Coming into a new account you will be able to get free phones and deals from the link.
