This email confirms that you will move out by March 31st, 2011.

You still pay rental $1550/month for Febuary and March; all the other terms still remain as same as the current lease contract we signed. If you don't move out by March 31st, then the contract will be ended in June automatically as we signed, I will NOT renew lease afterwards.

Final house inspection has to/will always be done after the renter(s) move out completely in case the renter(s) don't move out or destroy house or break something inside unit or gabage the property, ect. after the final inspection. This is the purpose of security deposit. The property management agent will contact you about the time you leave and they will work with you directly for everything including deposit refund or any legal action if needed.

As I already said, I will hire a licensed plumber to fix the faucet this time, but you will still maintain it as signed contract until you leave.

Thanks a lot

will you please give me some suggestions how to avoid that she will come to us for charges or anything after we move out. oh, Thank god, this Landlord is really a Landlord.

Thanks|||Insist on the final inspection being done as you surrender the keys.Agree any damages with the agent in writing. Take photographs of all aspects of the dwelling in case damage is done afterwards.
