Getting feces out of carpet?

I was really sick yesterday, so sick in fact I didn't make it to the bathroom on time. I ended up with diarrhea on the carpet in three spots. Since I was feeling so bad, I didn't clean it up right away. Left it overnight. I don't have any carpet cleaning supplies at home, and still don't feel that great, so I'm not up to going out and getting anything today. I recall my mom using vinegar diluted in water to clean stains from our dog, so I tried that, and it is better, but not great. I've been reading about dog urine stain removers here on answers, such as "get serious" or "nature's miracle". Do you think that would work on human feces? I live in a rental apartment, and just renewed my lease, and don't want to live with this for another year, and then have to forfeit my deposit money for this. Any help would be appreciated.|||Oh you poor thing! Natures Miracle works great on any kind of "animal messes" including vomit, feces, urine, etc. It will work just fine on human messes, too. After all, we are animals, too! At our house, we keep it handy for potty training accidents, so I know from experience that it works on all kinds of poop.





Use the Natures Miracle (or similar "pet mess" product) as directed. You may need more than one application. After you get it cleaned up, and the carpet has dried thoroughly, you may need a regular spot cleaner to get out any discoloration that remains. But the Nature's Miracle will get out the yuckies.





If need be, you can also rent a steam vac from just about any grocery store or hardware store. But try the Nature's Miracle first, because the steam could actually set the stain.

P.S. If you do need to ask someone at a store for product recommendations, or if you have to have someone come in and clean the carpet, just tell them a friend's dog did it. That way you don't have to be so embarrassed, and can still get them to help you. :)|||were you nekkid? I mean wtf? call stanley steemer.|||Just checked on this website and it has a list of all the different stains. unfortunatly it doesn't have feces but it does have vomit. so you might be able to use that one.
